What does it mean that all Victoria's work can be customized?

"Custom" means that you can change the neckline, skirt, train length, and color of gowns and sashes upon request. There is a collection of gowns to select and try from the Victoria Sdoukos Couture collection.

Does the boutique have gowns to try on?

Yes. The boutique carries a full line collection from the designer for a bride to try on. All gowns are on display so you can select your favorite pieces to try on when working with Victoria.

Does your website show everything your boutique offers including gowns, jewelry, sashes and veils?

The website shows a preview of Victoria's work.

What sizes do you carry?

The boutique stocks sizes 10-12. Upon ordering your gown, Victoria will make your pattern and cotton sample wedding dress so you can preview what your dress will fit like with custom changes and sizing right for you. Victoria understands that all those details matter and that's what makes having a custom-made gown so special.

Why are appointments required when I just want to browse?

Appointments are required to ensure each potential bride visiting the boutique receives the one-on-one attention she deserves and to make sure all her questions are answered.  We also want to respect the other clients who have booked the appointment and not interrupt their time with Victoria.

How long do appointments last?

Each appointment lasts about one hour. It's important to be on time to receive the full benefit of your time scheduled with us.

What's your return or exchange policy?

Since the entire purchase experience is custom and each order is made just for you, all sales are final.
